This is a close up of 1 of 2 bird feeders we had on our front porch. I have counted up to 50 at a time. By mid summer I could even be on the front porch when they came around. Really a beautiful setting.

Amazing capture. I can never get more than one at a time. Mine are always fighting.

This is from when we lived on 5 acres and my husband makes his own feed, probably a tad sweeter than most but by the end of season we have counted up to almost 50, we had (3) feeders at that time. We now live in the subdivisions and have 1 feeder and 2 birds. -Sherry

Sherry Hallemeier replied:
We lived on 5 acres in MO for about 10 years. My husband made his own food for the last 8 years. Every year we had more, we were up to 2 bird feeders, each filling twice a day by the last 2 years. I counted over 30 one time. They eventually started dodge balling people who came up to the front porch and as you can see here they also trusted us. They would start feeding before we could get the feeders up. Now, we have moved into a subdivision and we have one, it will be interesting to see how it turns out, and thank you for your comment! -Sherry
